WE AFFIRM and teach that ALL human beings have inherent equal value, having the ability to love and be loved, and that no human being is of lesser or greater value than another.

WE AFFIRM and seek to promote ways of ordering our social, religious, political and economic lives in the pattern of a circle – in which inter-dependent and co-equal partners play on a level field and can flourish with life-giving energy; rather than in the pattern of a pyramid -- a hierarchical structure that leads to oppression, domination and violence.

WE AFFIRM and seek to live by anti-supremacist values, actively engaging in dismantling all claims of supremacy be they religious, racial, castist, autocratic, colonialist, patriarchal, economic or environmental.

WE AFFIRM and are compelled to espouse egalitarian values such as loving our neighbors as ourselves even as we recognize that our religious institutions themselves are caught up in hierarchical structures and thereby perpetuate, contribute to and participate in systems of oppression, domination and violence.

WE AFFIRM and seek to live in harmony with all living beings and the planet earth, recognizing our culpability of dominating and thereby destroying the earth’s fragile eco-systems.

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREGOING, OMNIA Institute for Contextual Leadership declares itself an anti-supremacist organization and encourages all its Interfaith Peacemaker Teams and allies to do so as well.
